Do you offer online therapy?
Yes, our practice is entirely based on telehealth platform, which are conducted via HIPPA compliant methods such as Google Meet or Zoom.
Do you take insurance?
Currently we are in-network with Cigna, Aetna, and Optum insurance for individual and family therapy. For all other insurances, we are considered an out-of-network provider. As out-of-network provider, we can provide you with a superbill which you can submit to your insurance for possible reimbursements. Your reimbursement rate will depend on your insurance coverage. Please contact your insurance for detail of your rate.
What are your payment options?

We currently accept credit/debit cards and FSA/HSA cards with the MasterCard or Visa logo.

How long will it take?
Unfortunately, this is not possible to say in a general FAQs page. Everyone’s circumstances are unique, and the length of time counseling that takes for you to accomplish your goals, depends on your desire for personal development, your commitment, and the factors that are driving you to seek counseling in the first place.
